Kavbir Pharmaceuticals

Our office is located at Shree Krishna Commercial Centre, specifically room 310. Udyog Nagar is a pretty industrial area, so there’s a lot of noise and activity all around us. Kavbir Pharmaceuticals has been running from here for some time. We aren’t a massive operation, just a dedicated group of people handling pharma supplies. The commercial centre is full of different businesses, but we mostly keep to ourselves. Most of our work involves sitting at desks, talking on the phone, and coordinating with suppliers. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s important. We make sure the stock levels stay where they should be. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving paper around, but that paper represents actual medicine that people need. We try to be as practical as possible. If a customer calls with a problem, we try to fix it right then and there. No waiting around for three departments to sign off on something. We like the flexibility of being a smaller outfit. The air conditioning in the building struggles sometimes in the summer, but we manage. You’ll usually find us here late into the evening, just finishing up the day’s logs. It’s just how it is when you’re trying to keep a business like this going in a busy place like Mumbai.
