Kailash Polyclinic

Kailash Polyclinic is over in Kandivali West, situated in Kailash Nagar. We are in the D wing on the ground floor, which is nice because nobody has to deal with stairs or a slow elevator. If you are looking for us, we are right near Thathaya Bhati Hall, which is a big landmark around here. People usually just tell their rickshaw driver to head that way. The clinic has been a part of this community for years and we see a lot of the same families coming back. It’s a polyclinic, so different doctors come in at different times, which keeps the waiting room fairly busy. It isn't a huge hospital, just a cozy enough space where people can get their checkups done without much fuss. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit old but they are comfortable enough for a short wait. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or anything like that, just a water cooler in the corner. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the street noise outside, but we don't mind it much. We just focus on the patients and making sure they get to see the doctor they came for. It’s a simple, local operation run by people who live nearby. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth from the neighbors has always been enough for us.
