Iti Tranee

Our place is at 21, Tilak Nivas, in the Dattawadi area of Mumbai, Maharashtra 400078. It is a very typical Mumbai neighborhood with lots of buildings close together. Working at Iti Tranee means being part of the daily life in Dattawadi. Tilak Nivas is an older building but it has a lot of character and we like being there. The rooms are a bit small but we have managed to fit everything we need into the space. We spend a lot of time here just focusing on our training and daily duties. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long, from the trains in the distance to the traffic nearby. It is a very lived-in area and that makes us feel like we are part of the local fabric. We don't have any big corporate signs out front. If you walk past number 21, you might not even realize we are inside unless you are looking for us. We keep our workspace tidy but it is definitely a busy environment with papers and equipment around. Most of us commute from different parts of the city, so getting to Tilak Nivas in the morning is the first big task of the day. Once we are inside, we just get to work and stay focused until it is time to lock up. It is a plain and simple setup that works for us.
