We’re based in Goregaon, which is always a bit of a scramble with the traffic and the noise. Most of us take the train and then walk the rest of the way. It’s a tech-focused spot, so there are a lot of screens and wires everywhere you look. We spend most of our hours staring at code or looking at data. It isn't the most glamorous life, but we like solving the puzzles that come our way. The office is usually quiet, save for the sound of typing and the hum of the air conditioner. We often lose track of time and realize it’s dark outside before we’ve even thought about dinner. Goregaon has a lot of energy, and we feel that even inside. We aren't one of those startups with beanbags and free snacks. We just have sturdy chairs and decent computers. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to take a break until it comes back. We don't do a lot of talking to the public; we mostly just focus on the projects we have on our plates. It’s a small group of us, and we’ve been working together long enough to know how each other thinks. We just take it one day at a time, trying to build things that actually function the way they’re supposed to. It’s a lot of trial and error and coffee.
