IMMACULATE ESTATES LLP. We are situated in the Girgaon area of Mumbai. The office is on the ground floor of the Swadeshi Mill Building, number 80. It’s one of those classic old Mumbai buildings that has a lot of character. Working in Girgaon is interesting because it’s such an old part of the city with narrow lanes and a lot of tradition. Our space is pretty basic. We have our desks and our filing cabinets, and that’s about it. We focus on estate matters around this side of town. It’s a lot of legwork, going from one building to another and talking to owners. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just regular people trying to run a business in a busy city. The Swadeshi Mill Building is a well-known landmark around here, so it’s not too hard to find. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who live nearby. We handle the paperwork and the practical side of property management without making a big fuss about it. It’s an honest living and we’ve been at it for a while. We know the local shops and the people who have been in Girgaon for generations. It’s a good place to be based, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint soon.
