Estate Ltd is based right on 12 MG Road, specifically on Street 2 in Sailana, which is part of the Ratlam district. We’ve been in this spot for years, and the office has become a bit of a local landmark for people interested in property. It’s a simple building with a few wooden desks and some old maps of the area pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who walk in from the street, mostly neighbors or farmers from the nearby villages. There is always a pot of tea on the go because in a place like Sailana, you can’t really talk about land or houses without having a drink first. The pace of life here is a bit slower than in the big cities, and we like it that way. We don't use any high-tech gadgets to do our jobs; it’s mostly just conversations and looking through old records to make sure everything is in order. Sometimes we have to head out to the fields to look at a boundary or check on a plot, which is a nice break from sitting in the office. The street outside can get a bit busy during market days, but otherwise, it’s a fairly quiet corner of town. We are just a local team that knows the history of the plots around here and who owned what thirty years ago. It’s a practical business built on knowing the people and the land in this part of MP.
