Equist Consulting LLP

Equist Consulting LLP is situated way up on the 10th floor of Oyster Apartments. We are in the A and B wings, specifically unit B 10 B. The building is on Major Vetri Nathan Marg, which is part of the Pilot Bunder CHS on Pilot Bunder Road. This is a bit of a different corner of Mumbai, right down by the tip of the city. Being on the 10th floor gives us a bit of a view, and it’s usually quieter up here than it is on the street. The apartment building has a mix of people living and working there, which gives it a more personal feel than a standard office block. We’ve got our setup spread across the space on Floor 10. It’s where we handle all our consulting projects. The walk from the main road can be a bit long if you’re not used to it, but the area around Pilot Bunder has a unique character. It’s near the military zones and the sea, so it’s got a very specific atmosphere. Our office isn’t trying to impress anyone with modern art or fancy carpets. It’s just a functional space where we get our work done. We deal with the usual issues like elevator waits or the occasional rainy day leak, but it’s our base. We like the quietness of the 10th floor. It’s a good place for Equist to operate from, away from the main city rush. It’s just us doing our daily consulting tasks.
