Compass Bpo

We operate out of Vashi in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector 4. Our office is located in the Parmanu Nagar housing society, building E 14. Vashi is a pretty busy hub with lots of people, but our little corner inside the society is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. Compass Bpo has been based here for a bit now. The office is basically just a few rooms where we have all our phones and computers set up for the shifts. It’s a practical space, mostly focused on getting through the daily queue of work. The building is an older style, so it has that lived-in feel to it that you don't get in new places. There’s a small balcony where some of us go to catch a breath of air when the shifts get long or if it's been a busy morning. We don’t have any fancy signage or a grand entrance for visitors. It’s just a regular door in a residential building. Most of us take the local train and then catch a shared auto to get here from the station. It is a very typical Navi Mumbai routine for us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs are just the standard office kind, but it works for what we need. We eat our tiffins in the small kitchen area when we have time. It’s a very unpretentious place to work without any corporate fluff.
