We are located in the Balarama Building, specifically in office C-307. This is right in the heart of the Bandra Kurla Complex, or BKC as everyone calls it. It’s a very different world out there compared to inside our office. Outside, it’s all glass towers and expensive cars. Inside, we have a pretty simple setup. There are desks, chairs, and lots of folders piled up. We deal with commodity marketing. This means we spend most of our day on the phone or responding to messages. We don't have any big machines or products sitting around. It’s all about information and coordinating between different parties. It can get pretty loud in here when all of us are talking at the same time. We have a small team, and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we know how to stay out of each other's way. The Balarama Building is one of the more established ones in the area, which we like. It has a bit of character. We drink a lot of coffee and tea to stay sharp. Sometimes the market is slow and we have time to chat, but other days it’s non-stop from the moment we walk in. We don't pretend to be some huge corporate giant. We are just a small group of people trying to do our jobs well and navigate the markets. It’s a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers, but it’s what we know.
