Working out of Madhu Industrial Estate on I.B. Patel Road means we are right in the middle of all the noise and activity of Goregaon East. Our unit is number 5 on the first floor. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving and the sound of machines nearby. We focus on coils here. The space is mostly filled with materials and the tools we need for the day. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy meeting. We’re usually in work clothes and there’s always a bit of dust from the estate. We get orders through the day and try to get them sorted as fast as we can. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up using the stairs a lot. It keeps us moving. The team here is small, and we all know each other’s habits by now. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. I.B. Patel Road can be a nightmare during monsoon season, but we manage to keep things running regardless. People know where to find us when they need industrial coils. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and make sure the shipments go out on time. It’s a basic operation but it’s been working for us for quite some time now. We aren't looking to change much about how we operate.
