Anil Engineering Industries

We are over in Pant Nagar, specifically in Naidu Colony. If you are looking for us, we are right across from Building Number 159. Ghatkopar East is a busy area, but our little pocket in Naidu Colony is a bit more settled. Anil Engineering Industries has been operating out of this location for a good while. It’s not a massive factory; it’s more like a workshop where we know every corner. We mostly do industrial engineering stuff, which means there is always something being cut or welded. The air usually smells like burnt metal, which you get used to after the first week. We have a few guys who have been here since the beginning. We don't really have a hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a big order comes in, we all huddle around the blueprints. We aren't looking to become a multi-national corporation or anything. We just like having a steady stream of work from people in the city. It’s a decent life. We take our tea breaks together outside when the weather is nice, watching the people go by in the colony. It’s just a normal, everyday shop doing normal engineering work for anyone who needs it. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the parts we are making.
