Akshaya Instruments

Akshaya Instruments is located at 26/2 in the rocky Industrial Estate on I. B. patel Road in Goregaon East. It’s a typical industrial spot. The building is older and has that specific look of a place where things are made and fixed. We've got a lot of tools and instruments scattered around our workbenches. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect to see a lot of decor. We just have the essentials. Most of our day is spent looking through lenses or using fine tools to adjust things. It can be a bit tedious, but it’s what we do. The estate itself is always humming with the sound of other businesses working nearby. Goregaon East is a busy part of Mumbai, and I. B. patel Road is no exception. We often have to navigate around trucks and delivery vans just to get to our door in the morning. Inside, we try to keep things as quiet as possible so we can concentrate on the precision of the work. We aren't a big company with many departments. It’s just a few of us who know the trade well. We share a small office space for the bills and the phone calls. Sometimes we have a quick chat over tea, then it's back to the benches. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do our work right and get through the day. It is a very normal, practical way to earn a living.
