It is pretty much just a normal office where we handle whatever comes through the door. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad, which is a lucky thing in this city. We started this because we wanted a place to work that felt real. There are no glass walls or fancy lobby areas here. Just a door and some people working inside. Lucknow weather gets really hot in the summer, so our AC is our best friend most of the year. We drink a lot of chai and get through the tasks. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but we try to get home for dinner. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It is just us. It's a decent place to spend the day. We don't make a big fuss about things. We just do the work and try to be helpful when someone calls or stops by. It is just a regular local business life for us.
