If you're looking for us, we’re located over in Bajranj Nagar on KP Road. It’s a bit of a busy spot in Lucknow, but we’ve settled in nicely at Khasra No. 336/1. Romada Innovations Llp is basically just a small group of us working on various projects. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get things done without too much noise from the street outside. Most mornings start with someone bringing in some snacks or just getting the fans going if it’s particularly hot out. We do a lot of different things here, mostly focused on new ideas and trying to make them work. It’s not always easy, and some days feel longer than others when we're stuck on a tricky problem. People in the neighborhood know us as the guys who are always tucked away with their laptops and chargers. We like it that way. Lucknow has a lot of energy, and being on KP Road puts us right in the middle of it. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us. If something needs doing, one of us just picks it up and finishes it. We spend a lot of time testing stuff out and seeing what sticks. It’s a lot of trial and error, really. We just keep showing up and doing the work, day after day. That’s how we operate here in this part of Uttar Pradesh.
