Make Way Reality Private Limited is located over at C 1/398 in Sector 1 of Vardhankhand. It is a part of the Gomti Nagar area, which is always buzzing with some kind of new project. Our office is basically a converted residential space that suits us just fine for the kind of work we do every day. It is not one of those fancy high-rise offices you see in the city center with glass walls. We like it here because it feels more like a normal neighborhood than a cold business district. Most of our mornings start with unlocking the front gate and letting the air out before we get started on the daily phone calls. There is a lot of activity in Vardhankhand these days, so there is always something new to talk about regarding the local property market. We keep things pretty informal around here. There is no strict dress code; we just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work and driving around. We have a small side table where we keep the daily newspapers and a few magazines, though most of us are usually too busy to actually read them. The internet connection can be a bit slow sometimes when the weather is bad, but we make do with what we have. We spend a lot of time explaining things to people who just walk in off the street. It is a straightforward way to earn a living without any big corporate acts or complicated mission statements.
