Kade Global Infrastructure Llp is located right in the middle of things at Fancy Bazar in Guwahati. Our office is in Surajkunj, at number 12 on M.S. Road. If you know Guwahati, you know how packed and lively Fancy Bazar is. It’s the heart of the city’s trade, and being here puts us close to all the suppliers and other businesses we need to talk to. We handle infrastructure projects, but we started small and just kept going. The office is often a bit messy with paperwork and samples, but that’s just how we work. We don’t try to look like a big corporate firm from a movie. We are just local people who know how to build stuff. M.S. Road is always bustling, so there’s never a dull moment. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. We do a lot of work around Kamrup and beyond. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years or who heard about us from a neighbor. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just focus on the projects we have on hand. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls to get materials delivered to the sites on time. We’ve been here at Surajkunj for a while and we plan on staying. It’s a good spot for a business that needs to stay connected to the local market while keeping things simple and honest.
