Pancholi Restaurant

We are located at 4 Maharani Road in the Siyaganj area of Indore. Our place is directly opposite the Badi Line Railway Station, which makes it a very busy spot. Since the trains are always coming and going, we see a lot of different people every single day. The restaurant is not a fancy place with decorations. It’s just a simple room with plenty of tables and chairs for travelers. We open up very early in the morning to catch the people getting off the first trains. The kitchen stays busy throughout the day. We don’t have any professional marketing or a polished image. It’s just us serving food and making sure the floor stays mostly clean despite all the foot traffic. Siyaganj is a crowded commercial area, so it’s always loud with the sounds of the station and the nearby markets. We get all our supplies from the shops around here, so we don't have to go far. Sometimes the place gets packed and everyone is in a hurry to catch their next train. We have to work fast to keep up with them. We’ve been at this Maharani Road location for years. It’s a simple business and we just take things one order at a time. Once the last major train leaves for the night, we finally start cleaning up and closing the shutters. It is a long day but we do it anyway.
