Microwaves Electronic Systems is based out of Adhitya Homes in Secunderabad. We are in Flat 113, which is right in Adhitya Nagar. It’s a quiet residential complex, and that's where V. Rama Devi and the team manage everything. Running a business from a flat means we have to be quite organized. We don't have a big storefront or a warehouse, so we use the space we have as best as we can. It’s a very personal way to work. We know our neighbors and the security guards at the gate. Usually, it's just the sound of laptops and some testing equipment in the background. We don't go for any of that polished corporate culture. We just dress casually and get through the work. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through technical specs on the computer. It gets a bit crowded when we have boxes delivered, but we manage. Adhitya Nagar is a nice area and it makes coming to work every day feel pretty normal. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our jobs well and keep our clients happy with the systems we provide. It's a small-scale operation, but it works for us. We don't have a lot of fancy overheads, which keeps things simple. Every day is different, but we mostly stay focused on the electronics side of things without any fuss.
