We are located on the ground floor at Plot No. 45&46/P in D P Pally, which is part of Jeedimetla. It is a busy part of the city near Quthbullapur. Ishanv Developers Private Limited is basically just a group of us who enjoy the process of putting things together. The office is easy to find if you know the area, but the traffic can get a bit thick in the afternoons. We spend a lot of time looking at land and trying to see what fits where. It is not always easy work. There is a lot of back and forth with different people and sometimes things take longer than we want. We aren't big on fancy talk or long presentations. Usually, we just sit down with a pencil and some paper to work out the details. The neighborhood here is pretty grounded and we like it that way. You can hear the noise from the nearby shops all day. We keep our supplies nearby so we don't have to go far. Some days are just filled with phone calls and checking on the workers. It is a practical life. We have had this spot for a bit and it serves us well for what we do. No one here is trying to be a big shot. We just want to finish the work we started and move on to the next one. It gets dusty in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We take pride in just getting the job done.
