D E Shaw Co is where we operate from. It's a bit different because we mostly handle things through our digital addresses like pbadhla2000 at rediffmail and pbbadhla2001 at hotmail. We don't have a big physical shopfront that people walk into every day. Most of our work is done through these accounts. It’s just how we set things up a while ago and it stuck. We deal with a lot of emails and messages throughout the day. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and keeping track of things online. We aren't a typical local shop with a sign on the street. It’s more about the communication we have through these mailboxes. We've been using these same contacts for years. It might seem old-fashioned to use rediffmail or hotmail these days, but it works for what we need to do. We don't really have a lobby or a waiting room. The work happens where the computers are. We just stay busy responding to whatever comes in. It’s a simple way to run things without all the overhead of a big physical location. We’ve managed to keep things going this way for a long time. It’s just us and our screens most of the time. We don't spend money on fancy offices or logos. We just keep the communication lines open and do our part.
