Our office for Pyramid Urban Developers LLP is tucked away in Sector-57, specifically in the M2K area. We are at Flat No. H-38 on the ground floor of the White House building. It is a quiet enough spot in Gurugram, which is nice when we have to sit down and figure out the logistics for our latest development projects. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in and have a chat about what they are looking for. We work on various urban development tasks, which basically means a lot of planning and a lot of time spent out in the field. Gurgaon is growing so fast, and being right here in 122001 helps us stay connected to everything that is happening. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us handling the day-to-day operations and making sure the building work gets done. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with blueprints and samples of tiles or paint, but that's just part of the job. We know the Sector-57 area like the back of our hands now. It is a practical business run by people who actually understand how things get built. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next step of whatever project is on the table. It is all about the brick and mortar here, and making sure the foundations are solid for whatever we build.
