Our office for Lesconcierges is at 446/12 in Jacobpura. We are really close to the Missions School on New Railway Road in Gurgaon. It’s an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and full of history. You see a lot of students walking by in their uniforms during the day. The building we are in is quite old, and the stairs are made of that heavy stone that stays cool even in the summer. We’ve got a few rooms where we sit and handle all the service requests. It gets pretty busy, especially in the mornings when the phone starts ringing. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. There’s a small window that looks out onto the street, and I like to watch the traffic move while I’m on a break. The New Railway Road is always packed with cars and bikes, so there’s a constant hum of engines. Sometimes the water delivery guy forgets our floor, and we have to go down and remind him. We have a little fridge in the corner for our water and snacks. The lighting is okay, though we added an extra lamp in the back corner where it’s a bit dark. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We are just a group of regular people trying to keep everything organized from this little spot in Gurgaon.
