The shop itself is simple and functional. We deal in steel, so there’s no room for anything delicate or fancy. Everything here is heavy and made of metal. Ernakulam is a fast-paced city, and Kundanoor is a major hub, so we’re always on our toes. Sometimes the traffic outside gets backed up for miles, but we just keep working inside. People come to us from all over the area because we’re easy to reach on the bypass. We don't have a corporate mission statement or anything like that.
