Jai Bharath Processing Mills

Our mill is over on Palladam Road, specifically at 768 Santhaipettai Thottam. It’s a busy spot and the traffic going towards the main town is always heavy. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time. The building itself is older, but it serves our needs for processing. You can hear the machines running from the street. We handle a lot of raw materials that come in on big trucks throughout the day. The yard gets a bit crowded when two or three lorries arrive at once. It’s mostly manual work mixed with some older machinery that we keep running. Everyone here has a specific job to do, from unloading to the actual processing stages. It gets pretty humid inside during the rainy season, which makes the work a bit slower and more difficult. We don't have a big corporate team, just a group of local guys who know how to handle the mills. The tea lady comes by twice a day and that’s when most of us take a quick breather and talk. We try to keep things organized, though with so much material moving around, it’s a bit of a challenge. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or scraps. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy signs or shiny lobbies. We just put our heads down and get the processing done for the customers who rely on us. It's a straightforward life here.
