You can find us at 108/40, Sellakutikadu 2 in Kitchipalayam. It’s a local spot that most people in Salem know fairly well, though our specific street is a bit quieter than the main roads. Custq Software Services Private Limited is basically just us sitting in a room with our laptops, trying to make sure the software we build actually does what it’s supposed to do. There isn't any fancy art on the walls or leather sofas. We have basic desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. We usually have the door open to let a bit of a breeze in, although it mostly just lets in the sound of the traffic. The day starts slow with some coffee and then we dive into whatever project is currently on the desk. We don't have meetings about having meetings; we just shout across the room if we need something. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Sometimes we stay late when the work piles up, and the streetlights outside are the only things on. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We just want to finish our work so we can go home to our families. It is just a small office in Kitchipalayam where real work happens without any of the usual corporate fluff. We like the independence of being a small team in a local neighborhood and getting things done.
