Potential Edifice Llp

We are situated on the third floor of No.13/6 on Thanikachalam Road. If you know T Nagar, you know how busy this area gets. It is right in the heart of Chennai, 600017. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always packed with cars and people shopping. The building itself is an older one. The lift works most of the time, but we often just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and drawing boards, but we make it work. It is a place of steady activity. We don't have a big reception desk or a uniformed guard. It is just us in there, working on the edifice projects. The air is thick with the smell of city life and maybe some food from the nearby mess. We have been here for a while. T Nagar is a place where everything is available, so we never have to go far for supplies. The days are long and often loud. You can hear the horns honking even with the windows shut. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks. When the sun starts to set, the lights of the shops nearby come on, and the whole street changes. We pack up our bags and head out into the crowd. It is just how things are when you have an office in this part of town.
