Tronicsha Systems

Tronicsha Systems is based out of Plot No. 59, and it’s basically where we spend all our daylight hours. The workshop is usually a bit of a mess with wires, circuit boards, and various tools scattered across the benches. We do a lot of soldering and testing, so there is often that distinct smell of hot metal in the air. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit because you’ll probably end up with some grease or dust on you. We have a few old shelves that are sagging under the weight of spare parts we might need someday. Most of the time, we are hunched over a piece of equipment trying to figure out why a light isn't blinking or why a motor won't turn. It can be frustrating when a problem takes all day to solve, but we just keep at it until it’s done. We don’t have a fancy sign or a big glass window out front. It is just a practical space where we can focus on the technical stuff without distractions. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to see what we are working on, and we might stop for a quick tea break. Otherwise, it’s just us and the machines at the plot, trying to get through the pile of work we have stacked up. We keep a small notebook to track what we've finished, though sometimes we forget to write things down when it gets busy. We just keep working until the sun goes down.
