Kakkar Estates

Kakkar Estates is located at Scf 71 in Mohali. We are based in the Nawabwadi area, right in Begumpura on the 1st floor. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning, but it’s a good spot once you get settled in. Being on the first floor gives us a decent view of the street below, which is always full of people going about their day. Mohali is growing really fast these days, and we see those changes every single day from our office windows. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some old wooden chairs and a big table where we spread out all the maps and papers. People come in to talk about houses and plots in the Begumpura area mostly. We’ve lived and worked around here for years, so we know these streets like the back of our hands. It’s definitely not a flashy place with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a normal office where we do our work and chat with our neighbors. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise when it's on high, but we don’t mind it much. We have our regulars who drop by just to say hello or ask for a glass of water. If you are looking for Scf 71, it’s easy to find once you get into the main part of Nawabwadi. We spend our days answering the phone and writing things down in our old ledgers. It is honest work and we enjoy being here.
