You can find Rugs Texture Llp over on Aurai Road in Harirampur. We are based at Sudhist Bhadohi in Sant Ravidas Nagar. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but if you are on Aurai Road, you can't miss the area. Bhadohi is famous for rugs, and we are just one of many small shops trying to make it. We focus on textures, as the name says. The office is really just a front for the warehouse. It’s full of samples and small cuttings of different materials. We spend a lot of time arguing about colors and yarn types. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once. The traffic on Aurai Road is always bad, so there’s a constant sound of horns in the background. We have a couple of ceiling fans that squeak, but they keep the air moving. It’s a simple business. We don't have fancy brochures. We just show people what we have on the floor. Most of our day is spent checking the weaving and making sure nobody made a mistake in the pattern. It’s tedious work, but someone has to do it. We drink way too much sweet tea and talk about the local news. It’s a regular Bhadohi workplace. No frills, just lots of rugs and hard work. We’ve been here at Harirampur for a while and know most everyone on the street.
