S. M. Digitals

S. M. Digitals is right at Door No. 59/1 on the Shankarnagar Main Road. If you know the Viratnagar Circle in Bommanahalli, we are just a short distance from there. It’s a noisy spot because of all the trucks and cars constantly moving toward the circle, but we like being where the action is. The shop itself is usually filled with the sound of the machines running and the smell of ink. We have been here for some time now, and the walls are starting to show a bit of wear, but it adds character to the place. We don't really have a front desk person, so when someone walks in, one of us just wipes our hands and comes over to talk. It's a very hands-on kind of shop. Sometimes we get pretty backed up and the floor is covered in scraps, but that’s just part of the daily routine in Bommanahalli. We see a lot of the same people week after week, which is nice. It makes the work feel a bit more personal when you know the names of the folks you are helping. We don't use any complicated systems to track things; we mostly just write stuff down in a big ledger and hope we can find the pen. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. Living and working near Shankarnagar means we are always in the middle of everything. When the day is finally done, we lock up and head out into the traffic.
