Down here in Arani, you will find us at 1/166-A, though some people still use the old number 174. It is a typical spot in Tamil Nadu where things move at their own pace. We are not some big city corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here. The building is a simple one, nothing fancy to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done for what we need. We spend our days handling the work that comes in, mostly sitting around the main table or checking on things in the back. The heat can get pretty intense during the summer months, so the fans are always going full blast. We have known most of the neighbors for years, and sometimes someone will drop by just to say hello or share some news from the town. It is a very local feel. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just write down what we need to and get on with it. Arani is famous for its silk, but we have our own niche here. The paperwork is always a bit behind, and the furniture is getting a bit old, but it is comfortable enough. We have been at this for a while and do not plan on changing much. It is just a regular business in a regular town, making its way through the week.
