India Proplinks

Down here at Basavanagudi 64/1, you’ll find the India Proplinks office. Basavanagudi is one of those older parts of town where everyone seems to know everyone. We like it that way. We spend our time helping people find places to live or sell their old family homes. It can get emotional sometimes, especially with the older houses around here. We just try to be helpful and stay out of the way of any drama. It’s not a high-pressure environment at all. We have a few desks, some old maps of the area, and a lot of keys. Our work is pretty simple: we listen to what people need and then look through what’s available. Sometimes it takes a week, sometimes months. We don't mind the wait. The neighborhood has a specific feel to it, and we try to respect that. You won’t see us using big corporate talk because that’s not who we are. We are just local people working in real estate. Most of the time, we are out walking the streets to see what’s new or which building is getting a fresh coat of paint. It’s a quiet way to earn a living, but it keeps us connected to the community. Stop by 64/1 if you’re in the area; the door is usually open during the day. It's a nice spot and we've been here long enough to know the neighbors.
