You can find us at 92/3 on MG Road over in Frazer Town. Fine Space Realty isn't a massive corporation; it’s just us. We’ve been at this location for a while and we’ve seen the street change quite a bit over the years. Being on MG Road means it gets pretty loud with all the traffic, but we like being where the action is. Our office is a simple one. We have some old desks and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or leather chairs. We just want to get the work done. People come in looking for help with property and we tell them what we know. It's straightforward. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or driving around Frazer Town to look at different spots. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get around, but we still show up. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us at 92/3. We try to be helpful without being pushy. It’s just a regular business run by regular folks who live and work in the same area. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just want to be reliable for the people who walk through our door.
