Deepak Pet Pack

Our workshop is over at No. 6/1-1, 1St Cross Hosakerhalli Road, just off Mysore Road in Byatarayanapura. It’s an industrial area, so don’t expect a lot of trees or quiet parks around here. Deepak Pet Pack is basically a big room full of plastic and packaging materials. We have these large machines that do the molding, and they can get pretty loud when they’re all running at once. You have to shout a bit to be heard sometimes. The floor is gray concrete and has its fair share of scuffs from moving crates around. We have a small office space partitioned off with some plywood, but we don't spend much time in there. Most of the action is out on the floor. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out of the yard, so there’s always a bit of a shuffle to make sure everyone can get through the gate. It’s a hot job in the summer months. We drink a lot of water and try to keep the bay doors open for a breeze. We aren't a giant corporation with fancy uniforms. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of grease or dust on. It’s a busy life here, and there’s always another order waiting to be packed. We just put our heads down and get through the list every day. It’s what we know how to do.
