Ashcoat

If you head down to the industrial area in Peenya, specifically the 4th Phase, you will find us at Plot No.477 C. We are right opposite the Bata Factory, which is a big place that most people use as a landmark to find our gate. Ashcoat has been based here for some time. Being in an industrial zone means there is always the sound of machines and trucks passing by. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a lot of drums, mixing equipment, and containers filled with different coatings. It’s a workspace where we actually get our hands dirty. You won't find anyone in a suit here. We wear our work clothes because things can get messy when you're dealing with paint and industrial finishes. The building is a bit old and it gets quite warm in the summer, but we have some big fans to keep the air moving. Most of our day is spent checking batches and making sure the colors are right. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for years. We usually eat lunch together in a small corner we cleared out. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just walk into the main work floor. It’s just a regular industrial unit doing its thing every day. We don't have many meetings, we just focus on the tasks we have in front of us.
