Being near the coast means we have to be careful about the materials we use because of the salt in the air. We’ve learned a lot about that over the years. Our office, Sivarchana, is a quiet place where we sit down to figure out the costs and the schedules. We are not a giant company with hundreds of workers. It is just a few of us making sure the jobs get done right. We have our hands in everything from digging foundations to the final painting. Sometimes we run behind schedule because the rain in Kerala can be pretty unpredictable, but we always try to make it up when the sun comes out. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. Most of our work comes from people who saw a house we built and asked who did it. We like it that way. It keeps us grounded. If you are ever in Mararikulam North, you can find us at our office.
