If you look for us, we are right by the Sabji Mandi in Bijainagar. The office is in Shri Shri Malbhawan, at number 115. Being so close to the vegetable market means it’s always lively around here from early in the morning. You can hear the vendors and the trucks coming in to unload. We are developers, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to make it useful for people. It’s a bit dusty in this part of Ajmer sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re in this line of work. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in the area long enough to know how things work in Bijainagar. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place to sit down, have some tea, and talk about whatever project is on the table. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and we have to spend a few days just clearing the desk. It’s a real job with real headaches, but seeing a project actually get finished is a good feeling. We handle a lot of the local development stuff, trying to keep things moving along even when the pace of life in a smaller town like this feels a bit slow. It’s just us, working out of Malbhawan, trying to stay on top of the schedule. We don't always get it right on the first try, but we eventually get there and get the job finished.
