Sarigam is a town and an industrial region in Umbergaon Taluka of Valsad region in the Indian province of Gujarat.

Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) has set up Sarigam Industrial Estate in the year 1982 covering a region of around 400 Hectares of land with a dream to create Sarigam Industrial estate. To empower interests in this domain, the Government of Gujarat offered speculation sponsorship or subsidy to businesses. Aside from this, the Sarigam Industrial estate was divided into three zones to be specific Chemical, Plastic and Engineering zones keeping in view issues seen in different domains and with a thought process to create Sarigam as a model estate.   

To advance sound development and improvement of businesses and to empower fellowship among the modern local area especially of Sarigam, and consequently reinforcing common co-activity among those occupied with industry, exchange and trade. To embrace normal arrangements and by and large making such strides as might be considered significant for additional protecting the interests of the Industries in Sarigam Industrial Area.

Sarigam Industrial Association (SIA) take into account a few activities which incorporate redressal of complaints looked by enterprises, infra-structure improvement of the estate by member's investment, giving rules to small scope businesses to satisfy different legitimate necessities, green-belt advancement, exercises identified with ecological safeguarding and contamination control, disaster avoidance, making awareness among encompassing living beings about different issues, and so forth.
