The Seedsmen Association, Hyderabad was registered under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Areas) Public Societies Registration Act, 1350 Fasli with Registration No.1744 of 1995, and has been functioning since then. The Association is having a strength of 458 members out of which 395 seed companies/firms and the rest are seed dealers, individual farmers, and Associate members. Annual Membership Fee is being collected based on the turnover of the company and it is revised periodically as decided by the Executive Committee.
